Founded by Paul Lloyd in 2004, Lloyd Builders has spent over twenty years turning architectural concepts into structurally sound, beautifully crafted realities. With dozens of custom homes, additions, and light commercial structures completed, Paul understands every facet of the building process inside and out.

Paul brings decades of creative design and intuitive problem-solving to every project. Paul works directly with homeowners to design custom layouts and guide each build from start to finish.
Jacob holds a degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley University, backed by multiple years of rigorous, hands-on framing experience.
Kimball brings years of specialized mastery in precision finish work, ensuring the interior details of every home are delivered to an elite standard.
David earned his degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, where he was inducted into Sigma Lambda Chi, the International Construction Honor Society. He pairs this elite academic foundation with multiple years of hands-on field experience.
